Tech trends/fears of the time translated into a fun campy y2k action movie. I loved the Hong Kong style fighting scenes and Keanu unofficial Prince of Wasia face card is absolutely bonkers

Personally, I feel like this film is totally overhyped. It’s not that I hated it, it had some pretty phenomenal and unique storytelling. Still, something about it just lacked for my personal tastes.
