pmovibani3.2January 20, 2026This movie is not very good. It has brief moments of life where you can tell this movie was drawn from a book that's actually good but it's really bad. The slow burn romance it not only rushed but also horribly awkward to witness. The story beats are predictable and not in a fun forshadowing way but in a carrot on a stick way. Some of the most serious moments caused me to laugh out loud in the theater. It was just a bad movie. This movie is the epitome of a Netflix looking movie as there were only 2 shots in the entire movie that caught my attention, and I only remember one of them as of writing this. I must say though, when the story gets good, it gets really good and it's really thrilling. But most of the time it's quite bad. Sweeney's acting is elementary compared to Seyfried when they have similar roles to play at different times in the movie. It's just a bad movie. Great to watch as an excersize to pick out what i don't like about the movie but horribly unsdolid otherwise. Shoutout Brandon Sklenar for pretending to have every bone in his body broken at the bottom of the stairs. That was really funny. Also Enzo shouldn't have been in the movie. He was useless.
